Electrical Safety Certificates

If your home needs inspecting or your insurance/ property management company has a requirement We can help!

CERTIFICATION:

As you may know, all electrical work must be correctly signed off and be fully Part P approved to the building regulations. As part of this process, your local council Building Services Control have to be notified of any changes to an electrical installation. Because we have NICEIC registration, all of our work is fully certificated to Part P and automatically notified to Building Control.

This is covered by a variety of certificates which include:

Minor Works Installation Certificate:

Used for smaller jobs where no new circuit has been added, i.e. changing or adding light fittings /sockets.

Electrical Installation Certificate:

Used for larger jobs where alterations & additions have been made. All the electrical readings & installation details are recorded and retained.

Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR):

This is a fully comprehensive `drains up` MOT type report which thoroughly inspects every aspect of your installation. Normally carried out for HOME OWNERS / LANDLORDS prior to letting or for property buyers/sellers.

Our EICR Process
