After getting planning permission and building control sign off we were able to install a discrete flat roof mounted solar PV system.
As part of the application we were asked to provide weight drawings and other detailed info, for structural calculations to be carried out.
On the roof terrace we installed 10x 420 watt solar panels and a flat roof mounting system.
This was coupled with a 5kw hybrid inverter and 11.4 KW of battery storage.
We also provided a small fuseboard to power some EPS (emergency power supply) sockets that keep the PC/internet and freezers running in the event of a power cut on the grid.
